通过在深井特厚煤层开采条件下开展6305综放工作面的瓦斯涌出量预测,并根据预测结果分析各瓦斯涌出源的瓦斯涌出构成,制定出有针对性的高位钻孔瓦斯抽采等瓦斯治理方案。结果表明:6305工作面涌出的瓦斯中有66.14%来自开工作面煤壁和采煤机落煤所解吸的瓦斯,33.86%来自开采过程中采空区的遗煤、围岩和邻近层的瓦斯涌出;根据涌出量预测技术确定了6305工作面采空区瓦斯高位钻孔抽采的治理方案;采用“双钻场”高位钻孔同时抽采采空区瓦斯,日平均瓦斯抽采纯量可达3 940.71 m~3,保障了工作面安全高效生产。
