基于计算机视觉和图像处理技术的汽车零件检测系统在智能化、柔性、快速性等方面较接触式检测系统具有更大的优越性, 其主要是应用CCD摄像机实时拍摄汽车零件获取数字影像,然后通过计算机视觉检测技术确定待检测目标的质量信息,与标准模板或设计参数比较以检测汽车零件加工质量。本文综述该技术的基本原理和分类以及近年来此方面的研究成果,分析了利用计算机视觉检测技术对汽车零件进行检测的一般方法和系统构成,并探讨了基于CAD(计算机辅助设计)的计算机视觉检测技术的关键环节。最后对计算机视觉检测技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
The automotive parts inspection system based on computer vision and image processing technology has more advantages than the contact inspection system in terms of intelligence, flexibility and rapidity. The main purpose is to capture the digital images of the automobile parts by using the CCD camera in real time and then pass Computer vision testing technology to determine the quality of the target to be detected, compared with the standard template or design parameters to detect the quality of automotive parts processing. This paper reviews the basic principles and classification of the technology and the research achievements in this field in recent years. It analyzes the general method and system constitution of using the computer vision detection technology to inspect automobile parts, and discusses computer vision based on CAD (Computer Aided Design) The key aspects of detection technology. Finally, the development trend of computer vision detection technology is prospected.
