蛹虫草是我国的一种名贵野生中药材,其主要活性成分多糖因具有多种药理作用而备受人们关注。采用4因素3水平L9(34)正交试验方法,分析了蛹虫草深层培养产菌丝体及胞外多糖的培养基组成,确定最佳培养基组成为:葡萄糖4%,豆浆30%,KH2PO40.15%,MnCl20.1%。10L发酵罐深层培养试验的结果表明,菌丝体最大生物量为:41.08mg/mL,比摇瓶培养提高29.3%;胞外多糖最大产量为6.424mg/mL,比摇瓶培养的提高5.7%。
Cordyceps Militaris is a kind of rare wild Chinese herbal medicine in our country. Its main active ingredient polysaccharide has drawn much attention due to its multiple pharmacological effects. The optimum conditions of mycelia and extracellular polysaccharides in Cordyceps militaris were determined by orthogonal design of L4 (34) with 4 factors and 3 levels. The optimum medium consisted of 4% glucose, 30% soy milk, KH2PO40 .15%, MnCl20.1%. The results showed that the maximum biomass of mycelia was 41.08mg / mL, which was 29.3% higher than that of shake flask culture. The maximum yield of extracellular polysaccharide was 6.424mg / mL, which was 5.7% higher than that of shake flask culture. .
