浅谈小组合作学习的有效性

随着时代的发展,中国教育事业的不断变革和学生的综合学习素质不断提高,学生的学习方法也在潜移默化地改变。这个社会是合作和竞争的结合体,在学习过程中巧妙运用合作性学习方法是十分有效的,合作学习方法多种多样,但是根据很多实例来看,在合作学习中小组合作学习是有效性最高的,在小组合作学习中学生学到的不仅仅是知识,还有很多能力和道理,例如:与他人沟通能力、助人为乐的道理等。教师在学生小组合作学习过程中也扮演着非常重要的角色,教师要做好一个"引导 With the development of the times, the constant transformation of China’s educational undertakings and the continuous improvement of students’ comprehensive learning qualities have also changed students’ learning methods. This society is a combination of cooperation and competition. It is very effective to skillfully use cooperative learning methods in the learning process. Cooperative learning methods are various. However, according to many examples, group cooperative learning is the most effective in cooperative learning. In the group cooperative learning, students learn not only knowledge, but also many abilities and principles, such as the ability to communicate with others and help others. Teachers also play a very important role in the collaborative learning process of student groups. Teachers should do a good job of guiding them.
