88-I型消毒剂(商品名“一消净”,简称881)是我室研制成的一种液体消毒剂,其有效成分为二氯一碘异氰尿酸,分子式C_3O_3N_3Cl_2I,分子显323.9。以3～5ppm能在5～10min内杀灭大肠杆菌8040、金黄色葡萄球菌6538、白色葡萄球菌8032、李氏大肠及E.Cclif~2噬菌体等标准株;以100～200ppm在5～10min内对枯草芽孢黑色变种9372可达99.9999～100％的杀灭效果。此消毒剂的消毒作用受外界影响因素小。现场实验证明用1:100及1:50释液对多种物品消毒都可以达到卫生要求。 此消毒剂保存稳定、无刺激性、气味小、低腐蚀性、毒性小、Ames试验、微核试验及姐妹染色体互换试验(SCE)皆阴性;铅、砷、汞、锌含量在卫生要求限量以下,故使用安全、成本低廉、不产生三废,不污染环境,使用方便,应用范围广。
