现行的规范性法律文件中普遍存在着语言表述上的问题 ,这些问题较明显地体现为语言的冲突、语言逻辑的错误、语言内部结构的不规范和语体风格的误区。解决这些问题是立法学的重要任务 ,不仅要针对立法行为的实际要求 ,还须从立法技术理论的高度予以全面的框范。
The existing normative legal documents generally have language problems, which are more obviously manifested in language conflicts, errors in linguistic logic, non-standardization of language internal structure, and misunderstandings of style. Solving these problems is an important task of the legislative science. It not only needs to address the actual requirements of legislative action, but also needs to be comprehensively defended from the perspective of legislative and technical theory.
