作为北京人艺演剧学派的重要代表人物,焦菊隐和于是之二人多年的成功合作不仅是中国现代话剧史上的一段佳话,同时也提供了不少可资后来人借鉴的东西。本文即从考察焦菊隐与于是之的合作入手,探讨于是之怎样以其表演实践印证了焦菊隐“心象说”的有效性,而于是之又是在哪些方面发展了“心象说”,并由此总结话剧演出中正确处理导演与演员关系的若干原则。一、从《龙须沟》到《茶馆》——焦菊隐和于是之的成功合作
