对蚌埠市区11所幼儿园随机抽样890名3~7岁健康儿童测定其头发中铁、锌、铜三种微量元素。提示:铁元素除6~岁年龄组女高于男外,其含量在各年龄组之间及其余各组性别之间无显著差异,含量为28.35±12.32ug/g;铜元素在4~岁年龄组含量略有下降(且男>女)后仍基本保持平稳状态,均值为10.47±2.97ug/g;锌元素男女之间无显著差别,但其含量随年龄增长而有增高趋势。合并处理后,3—6岁4个年龄组含量分别为(ug/g);121.86±30.17,130.17±26.87,137.20±33.48,138.19±24.58。其结果还提示,测定值受季节及地理位置影响。本资料为蚌埠地区儿童营养、保健及临床医学研究提供了基础资料。
A total of 890 healthy children aged 3 ~ 7 years were randomly selected from 11 kindergartens in downtown Bengbu to determine the three trace elements iron, zinc and copper in their hair. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the content of iron between the age groups and the rest of the groups, except for the 6 ~ age group, with the content of 28.35 ± 12.32 ug / g and the copper content of 4 ~ The content of zinc in the age group decreased slightly (with male> female), and the average value was 10.47 ± 2.97 ug / g. There was no significant difference between male and female, but the content increased with age. After the combined treatment, the content of the four age groups of 3-6 years were (ug / g); 121.86 ± 30.17, 130.17 ± 26.87, 137.20 ± 33.48, 138.19 ± 24.58, respectively. The results also suggest that the measured value is affected by the season and geographical location. This material provides the basic information for children’s nutrition, health care and clinical medicine research in Bengbu.
