目的探讨团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法在我院近几年的急诊科患者中随机抽取120例作为回顾分析对象,将其分为对照组和探讨组各60例。对照组进行基础护理,探讨组进行团队管理模式护理;比较两组患者护理后的满意率。结果探讨组的满意率为98.33%,对照组的满意率为86.67%;两组之间差异较大,并存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将团队管理模式运用到急诊科护理中,不仅可维护和改善医患关系,还可避免医疗纠纷的发生,提高患者的满意率。
Objective To explore the application of team management in emergency nursing management. Methods In our hospital in recent years, emergency department patients randomly selected 120 cases as a retrospective analysis of objects, divided into control group and study group of 60 cases. The control group was given basic nursing, and the group was treated with team management mode. The satisfaction rate of the two groups was compared. Results The satisfaction rate was 98.33% in the study group and 86.67% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Applying the team management mode to emergency department nursing can not only maintain and improve the doctor-patient relationship, but also avoid the occurrence of medical disputes and improve patient satisfaction.
