放松整理是解除运动训练所带来的心理上、生理上的紧张状态,现代运动训练把放松整理作为训练课的组成部分。中长跑训练量大,消耗多,对身体刺激强。有效的放松整理可以放松肌肉,促进血液循环,消除乳酸堆积,促进机体更好地恢复,防治外伤的出现,对科学训练有着积极重要的帮助。所谓反常态放松整理法就是与正常的放松整理方式、方向和方法等不同的放松整理活动,是由德国医学家哈里森·波特倡导的,在欧美国家极为流行反常态运动。笔者在十几年的中长跑训练实践中借鉴了反常态运动,并加以改进,总结了一套放松整理组合,现总结成文,和大家一起探讨。
