目的:探讨益肾汤联合糖维胶囊治疗2型糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效及对VEGF、BUN的影响。方法:选取我院2016年6月—2016年12月收治的216例2型糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,随机均分成观察组和对照组两组,每组108例。对照组给予益肾汤进行治疗;观察组给予益肾汤联合糖维胶囊进行治疗。治疗3个月后,比较两组的临床疗效、患者肾功能指标改善情况以及血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平和空腹血糖(FPG)指标。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率(92.6%)明显高于对照组(78.7%),两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)相比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血Scr和血BUN都有所降低,但是观察组的血Scr(87.3±14.8)μmol/L低于对照组的(103.6±22.1)μmol/L,观察组的血BUN(8.1±2.2)mmol/L高于对照组的(4.3±1.3)mmol/L,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,患者的24 h尿蛋白(24 h Uab)和FPG相比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,患者的24 h Uab和FPG都有所降低,但是观察组24 h Uab(43.1±5.3)mg/24 h低于对照组(83.2±4.3)mg/24 h;观察组的FPG(6.2±1.0)mmol/L低于对照组的(6.5±1.4)mmol/L,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血清VEGF比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,患者的的血清VEGF水平都有所降低,但是观察组的血清VEGF(79.1±10.3)pg/m L低于对照组的(158.3±35.3)pg/m L,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用益肾汤联合糖维胶囊治疗2型糖尿病肾病疗效显著,能有效改善患者的肾功能,提高治疗的总有效率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yishen Decoction combined with Tangwei Capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy and its effect on VEGF and BUN. Methods: A total of 216 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy admitted from June 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 108 cases in each group. The control group was given Yishen Decoction for treatment; the observation group was given Yishen Decoction combined with Tangwei capsule for treatment. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum creatinine (Scr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) between the two groups (P> 0.05); after treatment, blood Scr and blood BUN decreased in both groups, The blood levels of BUN in the observation group (87.3 ± 14.8) μmol / L were lower than those in the control group (103.6 ± 22.1) μmol / L and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (8.1 ± 2.2) mmol / L mmol / L, the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). However, serum VEGF (79.1 ± 10.3) pg / m L Lower than the control group (158.3 ± 35.3) pg / m L, the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy by Yishen Decoction combined with Tangwei Capsule has significant curative effect, which can effectively improve the renal function and improve the total effective rate of treatment. It is worthy of clinical application.
