2001年6月颁布的《基础教育课程改革纲 要(试行)》使我们达成这样的共识:课程的 功能绝不仅仅是传授知识,而应当在课堂教学 中注重发掘教材中的道德教育因素,寓道德教 育于语言教学中,使学生学会如何求知,如何 做人,养成和谐与健康向上的品德。根据这一 精神制定的《全日制义务教育普通高级中学英 语课程标准(实验稿)》(以下简称《标准》), 不仅强调学习外语的基础知识和基本技能,而 且明确确立了文化素养、情感态度和学习策略 的地位。因此,笔者认为在小学英语教学中应 创设各种学习活动,加强学生的自主性道德教 育。
The “Outline for Curriculum Reform in Basic Education (Trial)” promulgated in June 2001 enabled us to reach a consensus that the function of the curriculum is more than just imparting knowledge, but should focus on identifying moral education factors in teaching materials and bringing morality into account in classroom teaching. Education in language teaching enables students to learn how to seek knowledge, how to behave, and develop harmonious and healthy moral character. According to this spirit, the “Full-time Compulsory Education Standard for Senior Middle School English (Experimental Draft)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Standard”) not only emphasizes the basic knowledge and basic skills of foreign language learning, but also clearly establishes cultural literacy and emotional attitudes. And learning strategy status. Therefore, the author believes that various kinds of learning activities should be established in English teaching in primary schools to strengthen students’ autonomous moral education.
