目的用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定复方清肝胶囊的栀子苷含量方法。方法采用C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长238nm。结果进样量与峰面积的线性范围为0.18～0.42μg,r=0.9999鸦97.95%,RSD=0.9%(n=9)。结论HPLC法能有效控制复方清肝胶囊的质量,操作简单、结果准确、灵敏度高。
Objective To determine the content of geniposide in Fufang Qinggan Capsules by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods A C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - water (15:85), flow rate 1.0 mL / min and detection wavelength 238 nm. Results The linear range of injection volume and peak area was 0.18-0.42μg, r = 0.9999, 97.95%, RSD = 0.9% (n = 9). Conclusion HPLC method can effectively control the quality of Compound Qinggan Capsules, with simple operation, accurate results and high sensitivity.
