对于银、铜、铅、硒和阳极泥中金的测定采用简单灵敏的溶剂萃取和原子吸收分光光度计联用的方法。试样用盐酸和硝酸分解,移入分液漏斗后金被有机试剂溴化三辛基甲胺 TOMA(Br)萃取成三辛基甲胺—溴化金络合物。利用原子吸收分光光度计直接将萃取物喷雾进入空气一乙炔火焰。测定条件:仪器:日立208原子吸收分光光度计,附有长100毫米的三缝燃烧器;日立HLA—3金空心阴极灯和日立056记录器;波长:242.8纳米;狭缝宽:0.18毫米(进口),
For silver, copper, lead, selenium and anode mud gold determination using a simple and sensitive solvent extraction and atomic absorption spectrophotometer method. The sample is decomposed with hydrochloric acid and nitric acid and transferred to a separatory funnel. The gold is extracted into the trioctylmethylamine-gold bromide complex by the organic reagent TOCA (Br). The extract was sprayed directly into the air-acetylene flame using an atomic absorption spectrophotometer.
