在已有理论模型和跨国公司经验基础上,结合我国工程机械主机制造企业供应商管理特点,提出了配件供应商分类标准,并根据该分类设计了有针对性的供应商评价指标体系,提出基于模糊层次分析法和数据包络分析法的改进的供应商评价模型,以重要供应商为例,进行了实证分析,结果证明了此评价体系和改进的分析方法的有效性和可行性,能够反映真实情况,为工程机械主机制造企业合理评价、选择供应商,提升企业核心竞争力提供科学依据。
Based on the existing theoretical models and the experience of multinational corporations, this paper proposes the classification criteria of parts suppliers according to the characteristics of supplier management of construction machinery mainframe manufacturing enterprises in our country. According to the classification, we design a targeted supplier evaluation index system, Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and data envelopment analysis to improve the supplier evaluation model to an important supplier, for example, an empirical analysis of the results show that the evaluation system and the improved analysis of the effectiveness and feasibility of the method to reflect The real situation for the construction machinery manufacturing enterprises a reasonable assessment, select suppliers and enhance their core competitiveness to provide a scientific basis.
