对不同稀土含量的铝箔进行了直流电解腐蚀,利用Axiovert 25型金相显微镜和QUANTA400环境扫描电子显微镜对稀土铝箔直流电解腐蚀后的表面形貌和微观结构进行了观察分析,并利用电化学交流阻抗法(EIS)对腐蚀铝箔的比电容进行了测试分析.结果表明,在实验稀土含量范围内,随着Ce含量的增加,腐蚀铝箔的腐蚀坑孔径减小,密度增大,而深度加深.在本实验中,以加入Ce的质量分数为0.007 4%时所测得的比电容最大.
The DC electrolytic corrosion of aluminum foil with different RE content was carried out. The morphology and microstructure of the aluminum foil after DC electrolytic etching were observed and analyzed by Axiovert 25 and QUANTA400 environmental scanning electron microscopes. The electrochemical impedance (EIS) was used to test and analyze the specific capacitance of the corrosion-resistant aluminum foil.The results show that with the increase of the Ce content, the corrosion pitting pore size of the corrosion aluminum foil decreases, the density increases and the depth deepens with the increase of the Ce content In this experiment, the specific capacitance measured by adding Ce is 0.007 4%.
