随着能源管理工作的加强和流量计量工作的开展,很多节流装置应运而生。但有些节流装置或因概念不清或与实际工况不符,误差甚大,以致不能使用。供用双方争执不休者,也不乏其例。下面就几个概念和用户的一些实际工况谈几个问题。
With the strengthening of energy management and the development of flow measurement, many throttling devices have emerged. However, some throttling devices may not be used due to unclear concepts or inconsistency with actual operating conditions. There is no lack of examples for the dispute between the parties.
