目的:研究DJ-1蛋白在卵巢癌中的表达及意义。方法:选取2013年1~9月在河北大学附属医院住院的卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者52例,为病例组,同期住院的非卵巢肿瘤患者20例,为对照组。采用免疫组化染色SABC法测定卵巢组织中DJ-1的表达。结果:正常卵巢组织中DJ-1表达呈阴性。卵巢肿瘤组织中有不同程度阳性表达,其中卵巢癌DJ-1表达阳性率为84.2%,高于交界性卵巢肿瘤(20.0%)和良性卵巢肿瘤(11.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同手术病理分期卵巢癌患者DJ-1表达阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);低分化和中分化卵巢癌患者DJ-1表达阳性率为100.0%和91.7%,高于高分化卵巢癌患者(68.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同组织学分类的卵巢癌DJ-1表达阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:DJ-1参与了卵巢癌的发生和发展,可作为预后指标。
Objective: To study the expression of DJ-1 protein in ovarian cancer and its significance. Methods: From January to September 2013, 52 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer who were hospitalized in Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University were enrolled in the study. Twenty patients with non-ovarian cancer were enrolled in this study. The expression of DJ-1 in ovarian tissue was detected by immunohistochemical SABC method. Results: The expression of DJ-1 in normal ovarian tissue was negative. The positive expression rate of DJ-1 in ovarian cancer was 84.2%, which was higher than that in borderline ovarian tumor (20.0%) and benign ovarian tumor (11.1%) (P < 0.05). The positive rates of DJ-1 in patients with different stages of ovarian cancer were not statistically different (P> 0.05). The positive rates of DJ-1 in poorly differentiated and moderately differentiated ovarian cancer were 100.0% and 91.7% The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of DJ-1 in ovarian cancer with different histological classification (P> 0.05). Conclusion: DJ-1 is involved in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer and can be used as a prognostic indicator.
