通过改变母合金铸锭的重熔次数获得具有不同微观结构的Zr55Al10Ni5Cu30块体非晶合金,并采用差示扫描量热仪研究了合金在连续加热条件下的晶化动力学。结果表明,两种微观结构的Zr55Al10Ni5Cu30块体非晶合金具有相似的表观晶化激活能。这是因为该非晶0371合金初生相的结构与其局域有序结构不一致,以致于有序区尺寸的大小对晶化相的形核和长大几乎没有影响。
The Zr55Al10Ni5Cu30 bulk amorphous alloy with different microstructure was obtained by changing the remelting frequency of the master alloy ingot. The crystallization kinetics of the alloy under continuous heating was studied by differential scanning calorimeter. The results show that Zr55Al10Ni5Cu30 bulk amorphous alloys with two microstructures have similar apparent crystallization activation energy. This is because the structure of the primary phase of the amorphous 0371 alloy is not consistent with its local ordered structure, so that the size of the ordered region has little effect on the nucleation and growth of the crystallized phase.
