在制茶机电设备中,单向和顺、逆运转的小型三相交流异步电动机使用较多,有些场合需要准确定点,快速制动。现将经过改进,并通过试验成功的两种能耗制动线路作一介绍。 (一)单向运转能耗制动电路 l.原理:C_1吸合后,C被充电,作制动准备。C_1释放,C就对J放电而吸合,并使C_2也吸合,通过C_2触头流过直流制动电流而制动(图1)。 2.元件选择。 C:22uf~33uf即可,耐压大于B的次级电压1.5倍。 J:121型高灵敏继电器,根据放电时间,即制动时间和吸合电流而定。
