应用γ射线法测量了60例更年期妇女(无牙颌24例,有牙颌36例)的桡骨骨密度、下颌骨骨密度(无牙颌);用头影测量法测定了无牙颌的牙槽骨吸收程度;用放免法测定了受试者的血清性激素水平(E_0,E_2、T)。对骨密度、牙槽骨吸收程度,血清性激素水平、绝经年限、戴全口义齿时间等因素作了多元分析。结果表明:1.更年期无牙颌妇女的全身骨密度低干更年期有牙颌妇女。2.戴全口义齿时间是牙槽骨吸收的主要因素,但性激素水平降低对无牙颌牙槽骨吸收的作用仍不能忽视。
Radial bone mineral density and mandibular bone mineral density (edentulous) were measured in 60 cases of menopause women (24 cases of edentulous and 36 cases of edentulous) by γ-ray method. Edentulous teeth were measured by cephalometric method The degree of superoxidation was measured. The level of serum sex hormone (E_0, E_2, T) was measured by radioimmunoassay. Multivariate analysis was made on factors such as bone mineral density, degree of alveolar bone absorption, serum sex hormone level, menopause duration, wearing complete denture time. The results showed that: 1. Menopausal women with edentulous edentulous total body bone density is low dry menopausal women with teeth. Wear full denture time is the main factor of alveolar bone absorption, but the reduction of sex hormone levels of edentulous alveolar bone absorption can not be ignored.
