目的观察醋酸强的松龙局部注射治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)效果。方法将70例糜烂型OLP患者随机分为两组各35例,治疗组采用醋酸强的松龙与利多卡因混合液于病损区基底部多点注射;对照组采用口服泼尼松片疗法;两组进行疗效观察。结果治疗组痊愈率22.9%,总有效率91.4%;对照组痊愈率14.3%,总有效率71.4%;两组疗效有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论本疗法是治疗糜烂型OLP的一种安全有效的方法 。
Objective To observe the effect of topical injection of prednisolone acetate in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus (OLP). Methods Seventy patients with erosive OLP were randomly divided into two groups of 35 cases. The treatment group was injected with prednisolone acetate and lidocaine acetate in the basal part of the lesion area. The control group was treated with oral prednisone tablets The efficacy of two groups were observed. Results The cure rate was 22.9% and the total effective rate was 91.4% in the treatment group. The cure rate in the control group was 14.3% and the total effective rate was 71.4%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion This therapy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of erosive OLP.
