近年来,武术运动迅速发展,技术水平日益提高,高难动作不断创新,因此,对武术训练的要求也越来越高。许多教练员作了专门的研究,对如何能使运动员在较短的时间内,特别是在赛前训练期间较快地提高他们的运动技术水平,合理地采取哪些训练方法,仍是各抒己见,各尽所能。就这个问题,我们运用了几种典型的武术训练方法对运动员在赛前训练期间进行了测试,来探讨一下不同训练方法所起的作用和效果。
