本文研究了铸造Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al合金在不同热处理制度下的组织变化。发现Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al合金在铸态下具有魏氏组织,经固溶处理后,试样中片状初生α相(α_P)的体积分数与固溶温度成正比,在时效过程中,次生α相(α_S)的析出与固溶处理过程密切相关,固溶温度升高α_S相增大。固溶后水淬试样在时效过程中析出细小均匀的α_S相,而空冷试样在时效过程中析出的α_S相粗大,且呈片状。三重热处理可导致α_P相球化。经热等静压后,试样的魏氏组织碎化。
In this paper, the microstructure of Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al cast alloy under different heat treatment regimes was investigated. It was found that the W-shaped microstructure of Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy is as-cast under the condition of as-cast. After solution treatment, the volume fraction of primary α phase (α_P) in the sample is proportional to the solution temperature. Secondary α phase (α_S) precipitation and solution treatment process is closely related to the solution temperature increases α_S phase increases. After solid solution, the water quenched sample precipitated a small and uniform α_S phase during the aging process, while the α_S phase precipitated in the air cooled sample was coarse and flaky during the aging process. Triple heat treatment can lead to α_P phase spheroidization. After hot isostatic pressing, the sample of Weiss’s tissue fragmentation.
