文章主要是以目前汽车行业机器人自动化及生产线为切入点对我国制造业标准化生产现状做一些相关的分析。自动化和生产线的使用可以提高制造设备的使用效率。全球范围内,制造商对汽车的生产逐渐往小批量多种类的方向前进,另外,生产线的柔性化上被提出了很多的要求,而在自动化的柔性化方面更多的是体现在了机器人的设计上。在国外,汽车生产中机器人的使用比较普遍,并且逐步形成了自动化生产线成套系统,而这也对我们的技术提出了更多的要求,它将涉及到更多比如生产线数字化、在线监控检测等技术。因此,我们也可以看出自动化及生产线的优化对于技术的完善有着非常重要的推动作用。
