磨粉、轧油、轧糖用的轧辊,目前在国内外普遍采用Ni—Cr—Mo合金铸铁,但Ni、Mo价格昂贵所以轧辊成本较高。本文讨论了用天然V—Ti生铁和Nb—P生铁生产Cr—V—Ti—Nb合金铸铁轧辊,并对轧辊的成份、组织和性能进行了分析。本文根据电镜扫描和微区分析探讨了一些元素在白口铸铁中的存在形式和作用机理。 稀土一硅铁钡复合孕育白口铸铁,促使碳化物断网和孤立化。从而提高了铸铁的冲击韧性和抗磨性。本文对白口铸铁的孕育机理作了初步的探讨。轧辊采用先进的双金属高心铸造工艺,外层用多元低合金铸铁,内层用HT20—40。
At present, Ni-Cr-Mo alloy cast iron is commonly used both at home and abroad, but Ni and Mo are expensive, so the cost of the roll is high. This article discusses the production of Cr-V-Ti-Nb alloy cast iron rolls from natural V-Ti pig iron and Nb-P pig iron and analyzes the composition, organization and properties of the rolls. In this paper, based on electron microscopy and micro-area analysis of some of the elements in white cast iron in the form and mechanism of action. Rare earth a barium iron compound pregnant white cast iron, to promote carbide network and isolation. Thus improving the impact toughness and wear resistance of cast iron. This article made a preliminary discussion about the inoculation mechanism of white cast iron. Roll using advanced high-bimetal casting process, the outer layer of low-alloy cast iron, the inner layer with HT20-40.
