一个企业,从厂长到科室,从车间到班组以至操作工,都需要了解各自所需的有关设备情况,查阅有关设备资料。企业若能有一本适用的自编《设备手册》(以下简称《手册》),就能满足各类人员的需要,便于处理日常工作。 我厂自编《手册》已有14年,其间经过多次修改。它给许多同志带来很大工作方便,也为不少兄弟单位所借鉴,并得到好评,曾受到有关领导的多次表扬。《手册》的内容包括以下三个部分: 一、各车间(工段)设备 在这部分中,将各车间或工段的设备按照安装位置或工艺顺序排列,仅介绍单台设备的简单情况。每台设备的内容有编号、名称、型号、规格、制造厂名、电机型号及容量、附属设备、投产时间等,从设备台帐中摘录。使用者可在活页装订的基础上增加空白页,写上各人所需增添的内容。如财务科可填上购进时间、原值、净值、使用年限、折旧率等;生产工艺科可填上生产能力、工艺参数、工艺特点等;生产车间可填上操作者、大中修简单重要记载等;维修人员可填上大中修时间、更换重要配件等。

Users can add blank pages based on loose-leaf binding and write what they need to add. For example, the finance department can fill in the purchase time, original value, net value, useful life, depreciation rate, etc.; the production technology department can fill in production capacity, process parameters, process characteristics, etc.; the production workshop can be filled with operators, and large and medium-sized repairs can be made simply. Important records, etc.; maintenance personnel can fill in large and medium repair time, replacement of important accessories.
