对驱蛲栓中生物硷采用水煎醇沉法和７５％乙醇回流提取，以测定浸出物中总生物碱含量为指标，比较两种浸提方法的提取效果，结果表明，不同制备工艺驱蛲栓中总生物碱含量差异很大，后法比前法提出率高出约１倍。
The alkaloids in the expelled suppository were extracted by decoction of alcohol and ethanol and refluxed with 75% ethanol. The content of total alkaloids in the extract was taken as the index to compare the extraction efficiency of the two extraction methods.
