今年以来,各地区、部门和企业贯彻党的十三届七中全会精神,响应国务院关于开展“质量、品种、效益年”活动的号召,把工交生产的重点逐步向增加产品品种、提高产品质量、增进经济效益轨道上转移,充分利用当前市场销售好转,能源、原材料供应相对宽松的有利时机,大力组织适销产品生产。1-2月,全国工业总产值3246亿元(按90年不变价格),比去年同期增长16.4％。大中型国营企业生产回升,预算内工业企业产值、销售实现同步增长,产成品积压减少,经济效益有所改善,实现了今年生产“开门红”。
