自从六十年代以来,电镦工艺在我国气门行业内迅速得到了广泛的应用。目前,国内有五十多家气门厂,基本上都采用电镦工艺制造气门毛坯。这是因为电镦、模压制造的气门毛坯具有精度高、加工余量小、节约金属、降低成本、适合大批量生产等优点。但是,在长期的使用过程中,电镦工艺中也存在一些问题没有得到解决。如电镦成形不好,造成气门毛坯折叠,这个问题造成了气门毛坯产生缺陷。我厂1979年曾因气门毛坯折叠的废品率太高,造成一度停产。据我们所知,这也是气门行业内存在着的一个共同性的问题。我厂以前及最近,为了解决这个问题曾做过不少尝试,现将情况介绍一下,供大家参考。

However, in the long-term use of the process, the electric upsetting process there are some problems have not been solved. Such as electrical upsetting is not good, resulting in valve blank folded, resulting in a problem valve blank defects. I plant in 1979 because of the valve blank folded waste rate is too high, resulting in once discontinued. As far as we know, this is also a common problem existing in the valve industry.
