目的观察咳喘方穴位敷贴及膏方治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法将符合研究方案的120例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例(其中治疗组脱落4例,对照组脱落2例)。治疗组采用咳喘方,三伏三九穴位敷贴及膏方口服;对照组采用辅舒酮(丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂),125-250ug/d,每晚一次,具体用药剂量视临床发作程度调整。1年为1个疗程,共1-2个疗程,6个月后统计疗效。结果两组疾病疗效比较,治疗组控制显效率为75.0%,对照组控制显效率为44.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医症候疗效比较,治疗组痊愈显效率为75.0%,对照组痊愈显效率为41.38%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组及对照组治疗后免疫指标与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组Ig A、Ig G指标优于对照组(P<0.05),对照组治疗后Ig E与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论运用配合“三伏、三九穴位敷贴”及膏方治疗小儿哮喘缓解期,疗效肯定,咳喘方与中药膏方配合具有调节缓解期哮喘患儿免疫功能的作用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of “Kechuan” acupoint application and cream in the treatment of pediatric asthma remission. The Ig E in the control group was significantly different from that before treatment (P <0.01). Conclusion The combination of “three volts, three or nine acupoint application” and ointment treatment of pediatric asthma remission, positive effect, Kechuan Fang and Chinese medicine cream with regulating Alzheimer’s immune function in children.
