研究了青木奈新梢不同枝段(梢段、中段、基段)与不同生长素浸泡处理(1500mg·L-1IBA、1500mg·L-1IBA+1500mg·L-1NAA、100mg·L-1ABT2号生根粉)对其扦插繁殖效果的影响。试验采用随机区组设计,重复3次,以清水处理为对照。对插条萌芽率、生根率、生根数、根生长总量、根鲜重和干重等指标进行了测定分析。结果表明:青木奈嫩枝扦插时,以当年生新梢中上部枝段(枝条粗约0.35~0.40cm)做插条为好;生长素对促进青木奈嫩枝扦插成活有良好的促进作用,其中以IBA+NAA各1500mg·L-1等量混合液处理最好,1500mg·L-1IBA处理次之。
