由于调整对象具有一定的特殊性,所以婚姻法呈现出强烈的伦理特性。虽然婚姻法在长期的实行过程中,得到了一定程度的改善,但随着人们婚姻观念的逐渐转变,伦理道德观念的转变,促使有关学者有必要对我国现行婚姻法的伦理进行重新审视。婚姻法作为本文研究的主要对象,文章从婚姻法的内涵、我国现行婚姻法的伦理特点,以及提高我国婚姻法伦理标准的有效对策几方面进行了重点的论述。
Due to the particularity of the object of adjustment, the law of marriage presents a strong ethical character. Although marriage law has been improved to a certain extent in the long run, with the gradual transformation of people’s concept of marriage and the change of ethical values, it is necessary for the scholars concerned to reexamine the ethics of the current marriage law in our country. Marriage Law as the main object of this study, the article focuses on the connotation of the Marriage Law, the ethical characteristics of the current Marriage Law in our country and the effective countermeasures to improve the ethical standards of Marriage Law in our country.
