目的 探讨肾上腺肿瘤的诊断与治疗。方法 对1994年5月～1999年7月收治的56例肾上腺肿瘤进行分析。其中肾上腺皮质腺瘤23例,嗜铬细胞瘤13例,皮质腺癌5例,髓样脂肪瘤3例,肾上腺囊肿3例,神经鞘瘤2例,副神经节瘤1例,成人型神经母细胞瘤1例,肾上腺转移瘤5例。54例进行了手术治疗,其中包括6例腹腔镜手术。结果 所有病例均得到了有效治疗,6例腹腔镜手术成功5例。结论 ①肾上腺肿瘤的诊断有赖于B超、CT、MRI等检查,同时注意一些少见肿瘤与肾上腺转移瘤的发生率;②围手术期的良好处理是手术成功的关键;③腹腔镜手术是一种很有前途的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal tumors. Methods From May 1994 to July 1999, 56 cases of adrenal tumors were analyzed. There were 23 cases of adrenocortical adenoma, 13 cases of pheochromocytoma, 5 cases of cortical adenocarcinoma, 3 cases of myeloid lipoma, 3 cases of adrenal cyst, 2 schwanoma, 1 case of paraganglioma, adult neuromuscular 1 case of cell tumor, 5 cases of adrenal metastases. 54 patients underwent surgery, including 6 cases of laparoscopic surgery. Results All cases were effectively treated, and laparoscopic surgery in 6 cases was successful in 5 cases. Conclusion ① The diagnosis of adrenal tumors depends on B-ultrasound, CT, MRI and other tests, paying attention to the incidence of some rare tumors and adrenal metastases; ② Perioperative management is the key to successful operation; ③ Laparoscopic surgery is a Very promising treatment.
