主要论述了水泥环受周期性载荷时的机械性能和完整性测试,并就油井生产作业中对水泥环机械性能的影响进行了分析,对结果进行了讨论。明确阐述了水泥环机械特性的室内测试和影响水泥环完整性的油井作业工程分析的重要性。由于油井作业条件日益苛刻,目前所应用的水泥浆成分越来越复杂,对性能的要求也更加严格。在油井生产过程中,作用在水泥环的外力很可能足以破坏水泥环的结构并对油井的安全及经济效益构成负面影响。本文将帮助油田开发人员更全面地设计水泥环,提高水泥环抵抗油井生产时产生的破坏力,从而提高油井的安全性和经济效益。
The mechanical property and integrity test of cement ring under periodic loading are mainly discussed. The influence of cementing ring on the mechanical properties of oil well is analyzed and the results are discussed. Clarified the importance of laboratory testing of cement ring mechanical properties and analysis of well operations affecting cement ring integrity. Due to the increasingly harsh working conditions in oil wells, the composition of the grout used at present is more and more complicated, and the performance requirements are also stricter. During well production, external forces acting on the cement ring are likely to be sufficient to disrupt the structure of the cement ring and have a negative impact on the safety and economic benefits of the well. This article will help oilfield developers to design cement rings more fully and increase the destructive power of cement rings in resistance to oil well production, thus improving the safety and economic benefits of oil wells.
