目前V/X接线牵引变压器主要用于高速铁路或客运专线,但对此类特殊变压器现场感应耐压及局部放电的试验方法鲜有报道。笔者结合国家标准和行业标准对中国高速铁路或客运专线220 kV V/X接线牵引变压器现场局部放电交接试验的标准、程序、加压方式及局部放电测量方法进行了分析和讨论,给出了对这类变压器进行现场试验的建议,同时计算了试验的相关参数。并对6个牵引变电所的此类变压器进行了现场实际试验,结果表明:该试验方法合理、可行,试验过程及结果符合标准要求。同时该试验方法解决了这一类特殊变压器现场感应耐压及局部放电测量试验的实际问题,对开展此类变压器现场局放试验具有一定的实际意义和参考意义。
At present, V / X traction traction transformer is mainly used for high-speed railway or passenger dedicated line, but there are few reports on the test methods of on-site induction withstand voltage and partial discharge of such special transformers. Based on the national standards and industry standards, the author analyzes and discusses the standards, procedures, pressurization methods and partial discharge measurement methods of on-the-spot discharge tests of 220 kV V / X traction transformers for China’s high-speed railways or passenger dedicated lines. Such transformers for field test recommendations, while calculating the relevant parameters of the test. The actual tests of the six transformers were carried out. The results show that the test method is reasonable and feasible, and the test process and results meet the standard requirements. At the same time, this test method solves the practical problems of field induced withstand voltage test and partial discharge measurement test of this kind of special transformer, which has some practical significance and reference significance for carrying out the PD test on the spot of such a transformer.
