随着油田降本增效意识不断增强,对机械采油系统节能效果要求越来越高。另一方面,油田进入开采中晚期,机采系统设备日益老化,开采难度不断上升,能耗增长与控制的矛盾越来越突出,需要不断推进机械采油系统节能技术改造工作。变频调速控制技术具有性能优越、技术先进、功能齐全、安全系数高等优点,能够提升机械采油系统运行效率,大幅降低原油生产成本。本文分析介绍了变频调速控制技术在机械采油系统中应用的原理及现状,详细介绍了机采系统变频调速装置的特点,对变频调速控制装置的应用效果进行了对比分析。实践表明,变频调速控制装置调参方便、自动保护功能强、节能效果好、使用维护方便,在油田节能技术改造中取得了较好的应用效果,具有较好的推广应用前景。
With the increasing awareness of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, the demand for energy-saving effect of mechanical oil recovery system is getting higher and higher. On the other hand, oilfields have entered the middle and late stages of mining and the equipment of the mining system has become increasingly aging. The difficulty in mining has been on the rise. The contradiction between energy consumption growth and control has become increasingly prominent. It is necessary to continuously push forward the technological transformation of energy-saving in oil recovery systems. VVVF technology has the advantages of superior performance, advanced technology, complete functions and high safety factor, which can improve the operating efficiency of mechanical oil recovery system and greatly reduce the production cost of crude oil. In this paper, the principle and current situation of the application of VVVF technology in mechanical oil recovery system are analyzed and introduced. The characteristics of VVVF system are introduced in detail, and the application effects of VVVF control device are compared and analyzed. Practice shows that the inverter speed control device convenient parameters, automatic protection, strong energy-saving effect, easy to use and maintenance, energy-saving technology in the oil field has achieved good results, with good prospects for the promotion.
