除职业技能外,IT从业者还应当具备哪些素质?这是目前国内大多数IT企业选拔优秀人才时面临的主要问题。为此东方标准人才服务有限公司与华南师范大学人才测评研究所合作,历经两年多时间,对IBM、摩托罗拉、塔塔等500多家IT企业进行了深入调研,分析了15000多份样本,发现沟通能力、团队合作、学习能力、责任感、问题解决等能力是IT从业者最应具备的12种职业核心素质。此外,研究结果还表明,人们传统观念中的IT岗位人员应具备的素质,与企业实际期待和考察的关键素质有所差异。

To this end the East Standard Talent Services Limited and South China Normal University Institute of personnel evaluation, after more than two years, IBM, Motorola, Tata more than 500 IT companies conducted an in-depth study, analysis of more than 15,000 samples and found that Communication skills, teamwork, learning ability, responsibility, problem solving and other competencies IT practitioners should have the 12 core competencies.
