对阿尔金山北缘发育的一条典型蛇绿岩带进行了Sm_Nd同位素分析 ,获得辉长岩的等时线年龄为 ( 82 9± 6 0 )Ma ,这一年龄代表了该蛇绿岩带的成岩年龄 .阿尔金山北缘蛇绿岩带年龄的确定 ,证明至少在 ( 82 9± 6 0 )Ma(相当于青白口纪 )左右 ,北塔里木地块 (包括敦煌地块 )和南塔里木地块 (包括柴达木地块 )之间还是被洋盆分割的 ,它们之间的拼合可能在青白口纪末 ,自震旦纪始塔里木才形成统一的基底 .
