附睾腺样腺瘤属附睾肿瘤中的良性肿瘤,国内报告仅3例。Beccia 等报告附睾肿瘤16例,其中腺样腺瘤12例,并综合文献发现该瘤占所有附睾肿瘤的55%。平均发病年龄为41岁。发生在尾部的四倍于头部,左侧两倍于右侧。本文报告2例,均发生在右侧,体部头端1例,尾部1例。例1 男性,50岁,已婚,干部,81年6月1日入院,住院号244419。患者发现右侧附睾处肿块已3年。偶伴疼痛,每年约发作一次,每次持续性胀痛1～2天后自行缓解。疼痛发作每与步行或体力劳动有关。近月来肿块似有增大。不伴畏寒、发热,阴囊皮肤无红肿史及穿破流脓史。双侧输精管结扎已21年,无不良反应。体查:一般情况良好。两睾丸正常,左附睾正常。右侧附睾体部头端有一圆形肿块,直径约为1厘米,质硬,表面光滑,边界清楚,有压痛。双侧输精管除结扎处有小结节外,其他正常。于6月2日在连续硬膜外麻醉 Epididymal adenomas are benign tumors in epididymal tumors, only 3 cases reported in the country.
