采用 75、15 0、30 0mg/L的矮壮素 (Chlorocholinechloride ,CCC)处理实生龙眼 (DimocarpusLonganLour)幼苗 ,并在水分胁迫下测定其叶片的相对含水量 (RWC)、相对电导率和叶绿素含量的变化 .结果表明 ,在自然水分胁迫下 ,3种浓度矮壮素处理均能在一定程度上有效减轻干旱对龙眼幼苗造成的伤害 ,并提高了其抗旱性 .其中 ,15 0mg/L的矮壮素处理的叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量下降幅度最小 ,相对电导率上升势最弱 ,表明它对龙眼在水分胁迫中的保护作用最好 .
