本文运用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪等,研究了高速钢刀具在540~560℃进行滴注式气体五元共渗时渗剂中微量硼的作用。试验结果证明,微量硼的作用是;在刀具表面形成Fe_3BO_5,改善润滑条件;使扩散层产生附加硬化;改善渗层脆性。
In this paper, using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction instrument to study the high-speed steel cutter at 540 ~ 560 ℃ drip gas pentavalent infiltration of trace boron in the role. Experimental results show that the role of trace boron is formed on the tool surface Fe_3BO_5, to improve lubrication conditions; diffusion layer to produce additional hardening; improve the brittleness of the infiltration layer.
