目的观察天麦消渴片与二甲双胍缓释片联合门冬胰岛素30治疗新诊断老年T2DM患者的疗效。方法将新诊断老年T2DM患者83例分为对照组41例和治疗组42例,对照组予口服二甲双胍缓释片联合门冬胰岛素30治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用天麦消渴片,疗程12周,观察两组治疗前后各项指标。结果治疗组治疗后SBP、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、TG、TC、胰岛素用量和血糖达标时间较对照组低[(138.0±11.0)vs(143.0±9.0)mmHg;(6.4±0.9)vs(8.0±1.2)mmol/L;(6.6±1.0)vs(8.3±1.2)mmol/L;(6.4±0.5)%vs(7.5±0.6)%;(3.04±1.03)vs(3.10±1.10)mmol/L;(6.04±1.13)vs(6.15±1.32)mmol/L;(22.0±2.0)vs(26.0±4.0)U;(8.5±2.0)vs(10.0±1.8)d,P<0.05]。两组均无严重低血糖事件发生。结论天麦消渴片与二甲双胍缓释片联合门冬胰岛素30治疗可有效降低新诊断老年T2DM患者SBP、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、TG和TC水平,且胰岛素用量少,血糖达标时间短,无严重低血糖事件发生。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Tianma Xiaoke Tablet and metformin extended release tablets combined with insulin aspart 30 in the newly diagnosed elderly patients with T2DM. Methods 83 newly diagnosed elderly patients with T2DM were divided into control group (n = 41) and treatment group (n = 42). The control group was treated with metformin extended-release combined with insulin aspart 30. The treatment group was treated with Tianma Xiaoke Tablet , Treatment for 12 weeks, observe the two groups before and after treatment of the indicators. Results The SBP, FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, TG, TC, insulin and glycemic control time were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group [(138.0 ± 11.0 vs 143.0 ± 9.0) mmHg; (6.4 ± 0.5)% vs (7.5 ± 0.6)%; (3.04 ± 1.03) vs (3.10 ± 1.10) mmol / L; (6.04 ± 1.13) vs (6.15 ± 1.32) mmol / L respectively; (22.0 ± 2.0) vs (26.0 ± 4.0) U; (8.5 ± 2.0) vs (10.0 ± 1.8) d, P <0.05]. No severe hypoglycaemia occurred in either group. Conclusion Tianma Xiaoke Tablet and metformin sustained-release tablets combined with insulin aspart 30 can effectively reduce SBP, FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, TG and TC levels in newly diagnosed elderly patients with T2DM, with less insulin dosage, shorter blood glucose compliance time, Severe hypoglycemia occurs.
