在现代经济发展中人的质量比其数量更为重要,在人的质量标准中又特别强调创造型和开拓型人才。要培养出创造型、开拓型人才,就需分析受教育者的心理特点,研究他们的心理规律,根据他们的心理规律组织教学,使学生的心理状态与我们的教学达到最佳配合状态,是提高我们教学质量的好途径,也是我们教改的一个方面。近年来,我们在教学实践中,就此问题作了些探索。下面谈一点体会,与同行们研讨。
In modern economic development, the quality of human beings is more important than its quantity. In human quality standards, special emphasis is placed on creative and pioneering talents. To cultivate creative and pioneering talents, it is necessary to analyze the psychological characteristics of educated people, to study their psychological laws, organize their teaching according to their psychological rules so that the students’ mental state and our teaching achieve the best cooperation with each other. A good way to improve our teaching quality is also one aspect of our education reform. In recent years, we have made some exploration on this issue in teaching practice.
