对分成6组的60只小鼠胸腺的组织学研究证实,沙参、苦豆总碱对小鼠胸腺放射性损伤具有程度不同的防护作用,其中苦豆总碱的防护作用较强;5%沙参和苦豆总碱的作用无显著性差异,但两者均比维生素E作用强;2.5%沙参作用较弱。本研究还发现上述药物对胸腺小体有保护作用。
