目的:调查“和谐使命-2010”医院船远航期间不同类别人员焦虑和抑郁水平及其影响因素。方法:采用自评焦虑量表(SAS)和自评抑郁量表(SDS),对不同时期、不同类别人员采取整群随机抽样方法进行焦虑、抑郁水平测评,并结合影响因素进行相关分析。结果:远航期间医院船各类人员存在一定程度的焦虑及抑郁;医院船人员SAS、SDS评分均高于中国军人常模和中国成年常模(P<0.05);焦虑水平与人员类别、性别、年龄、出海次数、战斗士气、战友评价及身体状态等因素显著相关(P<0.05);抑郁水平则与人员类别、年龄、军龄、入伍地、文化程度、职务、出海次数、战斗士气、战友评价、身体状态及性问题等因素显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:应注意加强对远航期间医院船各类人员的心理健康维护。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the level of anxiety and depression in different categories of “Hospital Harmony Mission-2010” and its influential factors during the voyage of the hospital ship. Methods: Using self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depressive scale (SDS), we conducted a cluster random sampling method to evaluate the anxiety and depression levels in different periods and different types of persons, and analyzed the related factors with the influencing factors. Results: There was a certain degree of anxiety and depression in all kinds of hospital ships during voyage. SAS and SDS scores of hospital staff were higher than those of Chinese soldiers and Chinese adults (P <0.05); anxiety was positively correlated with staff category, sex, Age, age at sea, fighter morale, evaluation of comrade-in-arms and physical status (P <0.05). The level of depression was related to the type of personnel, age, military age, occupation level, education, job title, , Physical status and sexual problems were significantly correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion: Care should be taken to maintain the mental health of all types of hospital ship during voyage.
