低温等离子体对农作物种子的影响已有研究,等离子体能够激活种子的内源物质,增强种子的活力,提高种子的生命力和抗逆性,增加产量,促进基因表达,且不会影响环境。玉米作为青贮饲料的重要来源,应用等离子体处理方面的研究却相对较少。设计并研制了射频等离子体种子处理机,应用样机对陈旧的玉米种子进行低温等离子体种子处理试验,以处理时间和处理功率两个因素为变量,分析低温等离子体对玉米种子发芽特性的影响。其中,处理组发芽率对比CK组的变化为-14.00%~10.67%,发芽势对比CK组的变化为-3.33%~10.00%,平均根长对比CK组的变化为-45.84%~20.66%,平均芽长对比CK组的变化为-13.46%~16.07%,平均鲜质量对比CK组的变化为-4.77%~16.59%,平均干质量对比CK组的变化为-5.17%~7.54%。
The effects of low-temperature plasma on crop seeds have been studied. Plasma can activate the endogenous substances of seeds, enhance the vitality of the seeds, improve the vitality and stress resistance of the seeds, increase the yield and promote gene expression without affecting the environment. As an important source of silage, corn has relatively few applications in plasma treatment. The RF plasma seed processor was designed and developed. The prototype of the old corn seed was treated by low temperature plasma seed treatment. The effects of low temperature plasma on the germination characteristics of the corn seed were analyzed with two factors of processing time and power as variables. Among them, the germination rate of the treated group was -14.00% -10.67% compared with that of the CK group, the change of the germination potential was -3.33% -10.00% with respect to the CK group, and the average root length was -45.84% -20.66% The average shoot length of CK was -13.46% ~ 16.07%, the average fresh weight was -4.77% ~ 16.59%, and the average dry weight was -5.17% -7.54% in CK.
