Myasthenia Gravis is considered as an autoimmune disease caused by circulating antibodies against acetylchofine receptor (AChR) and presynaptic membrane receptor (PrsmR). The antibody production is also believed to be modulated by idiotype and anti-idiotype, T-lymphocyte suppressor and T-Helper balance and cytokine network. It is well known that T-Helper cells can be divided into Th_1 and Th_2 cells.Th_1 cells produce IL-2, TNF, INF-γ, but Th,2 cells produce IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, and IL-10. Th_1 and Th_2 balance is modulated by cytokines. Utilizing the immunospot (Elispots) method, we detected the IFN_γ and IL-4
