目的:分析基于Bio-Oss Geistlich的拔牙位点保存技术对于患者牙槽骨吸收及短期美学疗效的影响。方法:选择2013年5月~2016年5月我院牙科种植中心收治的100例患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者在拔牙窝内植入Bio-Oss Geistlich,表面覆盖Heal-RLL膜。对照组患者采用压迫止血或缝合。对比两组患者的拔牙位点愈合情况,牙槽骨变化及吸收情况和短期美学效果。结果:实验组患者拔牙位点处轮廓丰满,对照组患者拔牙位点处轮廓萎缩,吸收明显;实验组患者前牙区和后牙区的骨密度均高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);实验组患者前牙区和后牙区的骨高度吸收值、骨宽度吸收值均明显小于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);实验组患者对前牙美学区的美观效果满意率明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:基于Bio-Oss Geistlich的拔牙位点保存技术能够有效保护拔牙位点,防止牙槽骨吸收、牙龈萎缩,同时具有较好的短期美学疗效,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of Bio-Oss Geistlich-based extraction technique on alveolar bone resorption and short-term esthetic efficacy. Methods: From May 2013 to May 2016, 100 patients admitted to Dental Implant Center of our hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was implanted with Bio-Oss Geistlich in the extraction socket, Cover Heal-RLL membrane. Patients in the control group were treated with compression hemostasis or suture. The healing status of tooth extraction sites, changes and absorption of alveolar bone and short-term aesthetic results were compared between the two groups. Results: In the experimental group, the contour of the tooth extraction site was full, while the contour of the tooth extraction site in the control group shrank and absorbed obviously. The BMD of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). The bone resorption and bone width of anterior teeth and posterior teeth of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Bio-Oss Geistlich based extraction technique can effectively protect the extraction site, prevent the alveolar bone from resorption and gingival recession, and has good short-term aesthetic effect. It is worth popularizing and applying.
