应用(98m)Tc—ECD 或 (99m)Tc—HMPAO 对颅脑外伤24例行 SPECT 检查,连续3个月内测定其 rCBF 比值,自身比较。结果表明:SPECT 连续扫描测定能确切反映脑损伤后局部脑血流的改善趋势,并且提示:伤后第1个月是脑血流恢复的关键时期,延至第3个月时,rCBF 尚未达到正常水平。
Tc-ECD or (99m) Tc-HMPAO was used to detect the rCBF ratio in 24 consecutive traumatic brain injury patients by self-contrast SPECT. The results showed that the SPECT scan could accurately reflect the trend of improvement of regional cerebral blood flow after brain injury and suggested that the first month after injury was the key period for the recovery of cerebral blood flow and the rCBF had not reached the normal level until the third month Level.
